Update:  We are waiting for materials for mounting the equipment. We are going to wait until all the materials are on site before changing anything.

The week of October 6, CMF will be replacing the access control system at the entry gate.  The system is a video intercom and license plate reader platform.  You can, if desired, use the phone app to connect to the system and remotely open and grant access for deliveries or visitors. The need for gate codes will no longer be needed.

This is a significant improvement for security and ease of managing access without physically driving to the gate.

Once the system is in place, we will be posting How to Use videos and a form that will be used to set the system to meet the needs of each property owner.

Please be advised at the gate entry codes have been changed as of June 17, 2025.

 

Our entry Procedures have changed. For security reasons, we ask that you use the following codes.

 

Your entry code is 8470.

 

If you have a contractor/services repair please give them the code 1984.

 

If you have visitors please give them the code 6522.

 

We have established a new procedure for providing access to Realtors and their prospective buyers.  We have encountered numerous problems with realtors giving access codes to unescorted people.  Please help us to maintain the security of all our properties.

If you have a realtor wanting to bring clients to view your property they are required to contact Perry Swaim, VP HOA or Geraldine Blevins to receive a one-time use code for each entry and visit.
