Dear CMF HOA Members:
This letter serves as notice that the annual meeting of the Chestnut Mountain Farms Homwowners’ Association will be held on October 19, 2024. The meeting this year is planned as an in-person meeting. A remote connection for the business section of the meeting will be provided as a ZOOM session. The connection information is listed at the bottom of this letter.
The location of the meeting will be the community Barn which can be located at the bottom of Meadow Drive in the common area. The annual meeting form will include a lunch beginning at 12 noon.
The business meeting will begin at approximately 12:30 pm at which time we expect to initiate the zoom session for any remote connectivity.
The detailed agenda is printed on page #2 of this letter. The background material for several of the discussion topics is posted on the CMF HOA Website under the notification section in the Owners tab area. We recommend that owners check the Website for additional posted information (e.g. current financial data) in early October. The Website link is https://www.chestnutmountainfarms.com and the password access for the owner area and the background documents for the meeting is cmflogin.
